Often when I am putting on my makeup in the morning...which usually consists of a little blush and mascara...I notice how my face looks different from certain angles. The angle I'm used to is straight on, so when I see it from another, I look new and foreign to the one who has been looking at it for 27 years. Interesting, huh? Have your kids take a picture of your face from an angle that you don't normally see. In a way, you'll be getting to know yourself better!

Different sides of me
Often when I am putting on my makeup in the morning...which usually consists of a little blush and mascara...I notice how my face looks different from certain angles. Whenever I happen upon a pic of me like that, I stop and stare for a while. It is interesting to see maybe what others see all the time. Usually I'm behind the camera, or have asked someone to take my picture, so it's the same ol' pose...
ReplyDeleteI totally agree with you. I could tilt my head one way in a picture, which I am so used too, and then tilt it the other way, and just LOVE what I see, but I'm so used to doing it the normal way. It's crazy. I love the way your mind thinks.
